The 'FRONT COVER' pictures:

These images are the pictures I took for my front cover, i took them all with the same outfit as I wanted to select the best image out of the five, the image I chose in the end was the top right image on this image: ->

I chose this image because, it was more eye-catching for me and my target audience as well, I asked potential readers which two images they would rather see in the front cover and they said that they would rather see the the top right one and the top left one as the model is smiling in both images I captured. 

The 'CONTENTS PAGE' pictures:

This is the images I took for my contents page, i took them by using a plain white background for most of the shots I took. The shot I chose for my contents page is a mid-shot, this worked very effectively because; most r&b contents pages use the mid-shot for the main image of the contents page. Also, for some of these pictures on the left I located it outside as the sun was out and I thought I would capture more good pictures.

I came to a conclusion to choose the top right as my contents page, the reason for this is because; I like the way she is posing in this picture and also, she is smiling and her posture looks like what a r&b contents page would use as their main image, so therefore I went with that.

The 'FREE POSTER INSIDE' pictures:

Furthermore, I took some pictures of my model out side around 8:00pm, this is because; I wanted a darker look for the background however, I still wanted her face to be clear, so therefore I turned the flash on so it would focus on her face more as the background is dark. This will be very good for a poster as it is a picture of a loved celebrity outside, not just in a plain background; to make it seem more realistic and I asked my potential reader whether they think it is a good idea to have the image outside for one of the 'FREE POSTER INSIDE', they said "yes, because; people are more likely to want an image of the celebrity taken in a 'real life' shot". Therefore, I made one of the images the bottom left one as it is more clearer and brighter.

Also, I used the image on the top left as it is an amazing shot of the model, it is a clear image and the model is smiling, furthermore, I then brightened this image to make it more clear because; I wanted it to be eye-catching and clear as possible. So, in the end I chose two images, the top left and the bottom left and I put them in the right near bottom side.

THE 'DPS' PICTURES:

These are the images I took for my double-paged spread, I took these pictures as a mid shot/ long shot, the reason why is because; I want all of her jeans and her top to show as I want my model to be positioned half of the page.

I've decided to pick the image on the top right as I like the way she is positioned and how she smiles without a care in the world, it gives a good impression of her as an artist. 

Originally, I was going to choose the bottom left as my image for my double-paged article, however, I chose not to because; her facial expression was too unprofessional and not many r&b dps's use that as their main image, so I went along with one were she was smiling and positioned in a angle that I can work with, which was the top right one.
